Bruce Cook is a self taught folk artist who has over 10 yrs. as a full time professional artist. The unique award winning art is best described as bas reliefs in mixed media. The work is predominately wood with a resin finish, often incorporating found objects. Mr. Cook is listed in Who’s Who in American art, a member of the Southern Artists Federation and serves on the board of directors for VSArts of Fl. He has completed several private & corp. commissions. The work has been exhibited with the NFL, House of Blues, the Fl. State Capitol Collection, & several public collections in museums & gov’t operated facilities as well as select galleries & shows in the S. Eastern area.
